At Faith and Hope Foundation, we are committed to providing transparency and excellent service to all of our donors and supporters. Please review our refund policy below:

Donations:

• Non-Refundable Donations: All donations made to Faith and Hope Foundation are final and non-refundable. Once a donation is processed, it cannot be refunded due to the nature of charitable contributions.

• Exceptions: In exceptional cases, a refund may be considered if a donation was made in error (e.g., duplicate donation or incorrect amount). Any requests for refunds must be submitted in writing within 30 days of the donation date, and we will assess each request on a case-by-case basis.​
