Beatriz Alonzo is the visionary leader and driving force behind Fe y Esperanza (Faith & Hope). With a deep passion for humanitarian work, she founded the organization 14 years ago with the mission of supporting children with special needs, the elderly, and now survivors of human trafficking.
As CEO, she oversees the organization’s strategic planning, fundraising, and program development, ensuring its continued growth and impact.

GABRIEL CONTRERAS
As Co-Founder of Fe y Esperanza and husband of CEO Beatriz Alonzo, Gabriel Contreras plays a crucial role in the organization’s operations. He oversees finances, manages donations, and maintains financial records to ensure transparency and sustainability. His dedication and leadership help drive the nonprofit’s mission forward, ensuring resources are used effectively to support those in need.

Survivor & Leader | Operations & Field Manager
JESSICA MALONE
A survivor of human trafficking and a dedicated leader, Jessica Malone brings resilience and purpose to her role at Fe y Esperanza. As Operations & Field Manager, she oversees logistics, coordinates volunteers, and ensures aid reaches those in need efficiently. Her lived experience and leadership drive her passion for empowering children with special needs, the elderly, and fellow survivors as they rebuild their lives.

BENJAMIN CONTRERAS
Benjamin Contreras has been a part of Fe y Esperanza since childhood, growing alongside the nonprofit and actively contributing to its mission. As the son of Founder & CEO Beatriz Alonzo, he has played a key role in building and expanding the organization, helping shape its outreach and impact.
Now at 20 years old, Benjamin continues to drive Fe y Esperanza’s growth, bringing fresh ideas, strategic insight, and a deep commitment to serving children with special needs, the elderly, and survivors of human trafficking. His lifelong dedication and leadership make him a vital force in the organization’s continued success.

Lead Volunteer & Community Outreach Coordinator
MAGGIE CURIEL
Maggie Curiel has been a dedicated volunteer with Fe y Esperanza since its inception, playing a vital role in identifying and reaching those in the most vulnerable situations. As the Lead Volunteer & Community Outreach Coordinator, she is responsible for locating individuals and communities in severe need, ensuring that aid is delivered where it is most urgently required.
