Fe y Esperanza at National Night Out 2026

Building Connections. Raising Awareness. Strengthening Our Community.

On August 4, 2026, Fe y Esperanza had the opportunity to participate in National Night Out, a community event focused on bringing neighbors, families, law enforcement, first responders, and local organizations together.

Held at Festival Park at Market Creek Plaza in San Diego, the event created a welcoming space where families could connect, enjoy activities, meet community partners, and learn about resources available in their neighborhood.

As a survivor-led organization committed to preventing human trafficking and supporting survivors and families, Fe y Esperanza was proud to be part of this important community gathering. Our team used the opportunity to share information about human trafficking prevention, awareness, and the importance of knowing the warning signs of exploitation.

We believe prevention begins with education, connection, and community involvement. Events like National Night Out allow us to meet families where they are, answer questions, provide resources, and remind our community that everyone has a role in creating safer environments for children, families, and vulnerable individuals.

For us, this event was about more than setting up a table. It was about building relationships and creating conversations that can make a difference.

We are grateful to the organizers, law enforcement, community partners, local organizations, families, and everyone who stopped by our Fe y Esperanza table to learn, connect, and support our mission.

Together, we can build stronger communities, increase awareness, prevent exploitation, and create hope.
